We're delighted to be working with Sandra Morrell to deliver this one-day workshop, which has been designed to develop your practical skills in managing change. Change is fast and furious – learn to lead, adapt and thrive effectively.

Do you always manage change in the same way and expect different results? Explore different styles of management and time management in a workshop designed to enhance your understanding of change and make you better equipped to analyse your own particular circumstances and adopt practical strategies to deal with resistance. 

It explores the definition of change, the change cycle and responses to change such as anger, resistance and stress, and how to manage them.

The course is a careful blend of teaching, case studies and small group exercises to bring the subject matter to life. By the end of the workshop, you will understand:

• The different types of change
• The effects of change
• The stages of managing change
• How to manage reactions to change
• Effective communication techniques

The course has been created for those in or about to take up their first management or supervisory position, but anyone wanting a refresher to brush up their skills will also find the content relevant, accessible and highly motivating.
