This webinar draws on the IOM3 ETG publication “Are we still headed to net zero?” to explore where we are on the transition journey, how objectives and assumptions are evolving, and what challenges lie ahead.
• It will highlight the critical role of materials, minerals, skills transfer, and systems thinking in enabling progress, while introducing the Energy Transition Group and its priorities for 2026.
• Participants will gain insight into emerging opportunities, key questions the sector must address, and how the IOM3 community can engage and contribute to shaping the next phase of the energy transition.
