Materials Science from Self-cleaning Glass to Radiative Cooling Coatings
Add to calLancaster Hall Hotel, London W2 3EL
This talk will give an overview of research in my group over the last 30 years. It will look at photocatalysis and the commercialisation of self-cleaning window glass. It will also look at developing new materials for various functional applications from healthcare to batteries to carbon dioxide capture and storage and miniaturised gas sensors. I will demonstrate how things can start from the lab and eventually lead to commercialisation in the materials science field.
