Visa Requirements for the UK

If you require a visa to enter the UK, we will draft a visa invitation letter to support your application. We require the following: 

  • Confirmed registration to the conference to demonstrate you are committed to attend 
  • Your information must be filled in on this form for the invitation letter

Should your visa application be rejected and you will no longer be able to attend, we will issue a refund on your conference registration.
