Sierra 57 Consult
Delivering training and polymer advisory services within plastic injection moulding processing, material application and precision mould tooling technology
Sierra 57 Consult provides specialist polymer training, development, mould contracting, and technical recruitment services to support the plastics processing, materials, and mould tooling sectors. Their expertise spans a wide range of industries, including medical devices, automotive, packaging, white goods, precision engineering, and trade moulding.
As an established technical and engineering specialist, Sierra 57 Consult delivers training directly on customer sites, tailoring both the pace and content to suit individual trainee needs. By conducting Training Needs Assessments at the outset, courses are specifically designed to address skill gaps and maximise learning outcomes, ensuring cost-effective solutions aligned with client requirements.
Courses typically range from one to five days and are structured into manageable, bite-sized modules combining both classroom-based learning and practical, hands-on experience. Each course includes a pre-course assessment and a final evaluation, with certificates awarded upon successful completion.
Training programmes cater to all experience levels, from complete beginners to those with existing industry knowledge. To ensure a high-quality learning experience, technical practical courses are limited to a maximum of three trainees. This allows for greater interaction, dedicated Q&A time, and a more personalised approach, enabling trainees to learn at their own pace while effectively embedding new polymer knowledge and gaining added value from the course.
