Delivering training on digital transformation in thermal spraying

The short course will be delivered within this School which has a strong track record in industry engagement and applied research. The course is led by Prof Saurav Goel, who is listed among the world’s top 2 percent scientists, reflecting international research excellence and leadership in the field.
The 5-day Digital Transformation of Thermal Spray course has been designed for practising engineers, technical professionals, and early-career researchers who wish to upskill their practical capabilities and gain a recognised certification in surface engineering and coatings.
The in-person course, on 1-5 June, will feature classroom lectures and lab tutorials and all successful participants will receive a CPD certificate aligned with advanced manufacturing and digital transformation.
