 To minimise impact within the North York Moors National Park, STRABAG are constructing a 37km Mineral Transport tunnel to convey the Polyhalite from Anglo American's new Polyhalite fertiliser mine to the processing and port facilities on Teeside. This lecture will focus on some of the key engineering and survey challenges of construction for what will be the longest TBM tunnel drive in the World.\n
